Smart IoT Bulb Design Set the Moode :)

Took part in EW Challenge 2K22.The idea came from recent trends and decors in-home, So for design PCB EASY EDA tool is used and for backend implementation of controlling the RBG BULB Node MCU and Blynk server are used.Smart IoT Bulb is a smart bulb with RGB leds that can produce color depending upon the user mood. It is controlled using a dedicated app and is ready to be controlled from anywhere using the app. Once connected to wifi, you can control your light from anywhere. It is a versatile smart bulb that can be used anywhere and everywhere. You can use it to create the perfect ambience for your home or office, set alarms and timers and many more. It has RGB LEDs which allows you to choose from millions of colors to find the right one for your mood.

Design of 7 Segment Decoder

The Decoder Circuit Designed using Logic Gates with K-Map Simplification of Expressions. The PCB used is of 1 Layer. As per pinouts of 7Segment Display Truth Table was prepared and midterms are simplified with minimum expression required to print the Number from 0 – 9.

PCB AGITATOR

•This is PCB Agitator which continuously agitates the copper clad board when it’s immersed in etching solution.
• This automates the process, and no mess is created, where in manual process one needs to look after when etching to agitate the board if it’s not done than oxide layer is formed which needs to be removed by exposing to air by agitating solution so that etching process gets faster.
• I have designed this by upcycling old CD Writer any programmed microcontroller for setting the speed for back and forward motion also added 2 indicator LEDs.
• For benchmarking I etched PCB using this and other by manual shaking under 1hr automated agitator PCB completed etching where other took more than 1hr to etch.

Clouds

A Deep Learning model using Night Vision has been developed, enabling a system to detect low light human body movement in real time. This information is then displayed on a hardware setup which consists of LCD and LED’s—displaying the condition as Day or Night or Human Contact.

Audio Control Dashboard

Electro Caps Audio Control Application is user friendly tool developed for audio processing i.e. Filtering audio, adding noise in audio, Realtime audio recording, Plotting time and frequency domain graphs. The Goal is to filter out the unwanted part from audio either it could be recorded file or from some other source where noise is present in audio. This provides richer sound quality sound experience such filtering is useful in day-to-day life in modern technological world it could be listening to songs from True wireless system which comes with ACTIVE NOISE CANCELATION also when watching a movie with rich sound quality provides better visualization.

Soli Grow

Soli Grow is useful for measuring essential information like sunlight intensity, soil moisture, surrounding temperature using information plant health and its growth can be controlled. ON Screen display shows all stats in real time as well as data can be logged in to system for future reference and using this information planned steps can be taken such as water requirements for plants how much soil should be Wet/Dry Sunlight requirements and what temp would be best suited for plants growth.

Smart Keychain

Microcontroller based key chain capable to display long sentences.Designed PCB is of 2 layers and PCBA of SMD Componetes 0805 LED package used.
